Do I need a professional photograph of my pet?
No. Professional photographs are not required. Clear, well-lit phone images are beneficial but any phone photos generally work great.
What types of pets do you create portraits for?
Portraits are currently offered for dogs, cats and horses. If you have another animal you’d like considered, you’re welcome to get in touch prior to commissioning.
How are the portraits created?
Each portrait is created from your photograph and transformed into an oil-style artwork through a combination of artistic rendering and careful hand-finishing. The final piece is a refined interpretation that prioritizes mood, form, and timelessness over exact photographic detail.
How long does the process take?
Each portrait is created slowly and with care. Typical turnaround time for physical prints is 7 days from image approval. Digital downloads are ready within 24 hours During busy periods, timelines may extend slightly.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Are commissions limited?
Yes. A limited number of commissions are accepted at a time to ensure each portrait receives the care and attention it deserves.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the custom and artistic nature of each portrait, all sales are final once work has begun. Please ensure you are comfortable with the style and process before commissioning.
